Tokens - often referred to as cryptocurrencies - can represent anything from an asset to an access right, such as gold, diamonds, a fraction of a Picasso painting or an entry ticket to a concert. Tokens could also be used to reward social media contributions, incentivize the reduction of CO2 emissions, or even ones attention for watching an ad. While it has become easy to create a token, which is collectively managed by a public Web3 infrastructure like a blockchain network, the understanding of how to apply these tokens is still vague.

The industry keeps referring to “Blockchain” as different from “Bitcoin,” creating an artificial divide that is often misleading. There seems to be too little understanding about the fact that Bitcoin is a blockchain network, which is (a) globally managed by people who mostly do not know each other, and (b) enabled by the consensus protocol that (c) incentivizes all network actors for their contributions with a native token. The governance rules are tied to the minting of a native blockchain token. The Bitcoin token can, therefore, be seen as the currency of a distributed Internet tribe, called the Bitcoin network, where network actors are rewarded with Bitcoins, just as the Ether is the currency of the distributed Internet tribe Ethereum network, or Sia is the native currency of the Sia network. ## What is a smart contract?

Smart contracts are the backbone of decentralized applications (DApps) and Web3. A smart contract is a simple program that lives on a blockchain network (such as Ethereum). They're actually not that smart. And nothing like a (legal) contract. They’re more like an executable piece of code that requires input or an trigger from an external source. Odds are you’ve heard about the Ethereum blockchain, whether or not you know what it is. It’s been in the news a lot lately, including the cover of some major magazines, but reading those articles can be like gibberish if you don’t have a foundation for what exactly Ethereum is. So what is it? In essence, a public database that keeps a permanent record of digital transactions. Importantly, this database doesn’t require any central authority to maintain and secure it. Instead it operates as a “trustless” transactional system — a framework in which individuals can make peer-to-peer transactions without needing to trust a third party OR one another.

Still confused? That’s where this post comes in. My aim is to explain how Ethereum functions at a technical level, without complex math or scary-looking formulas. Even if you’re not a programmer, I hope you’ll walk away with at least better grasp of the tech. If some parts are too technical and difficult to grok, that’s totally fine! There’s really no need to understand every little detail. I recommend just focusing on understanding things at a broad level.

I noticed, while working on a plugin that required to extend the ReadinessCheck, that this check is implemented not through plugins but hardcoded as an RPC method during initialization.
It would be much cleaner if these checks can be implemented as plugins, as in the future if someone needs to do something similar, it would be easier and faster to do it.
- LivenessCheck is a trivial probe to check if process is UP or DOWN
- ReadinessCheck requires 2 checks:
1. Make sure that the sync is within a certain distance from the head of the chain. For this, a `numMaxBlocksBehind` parameter is used to check for distance. This check could be done in the plugin version by registering an `BesuEvent` for `addSyncStatusListener(SyncStatusListener)`.
2. Using a parameter `minPeers` check that the number of peers connected is higher than that value. In the plugin version, I can't see a way to have access to the number of peers but this could easily be exposed by `P2PService`.

### Acceptance Criteria
Readinees and Liveness checks are re-implemented without side effects. Both probes will be functioning the same as before but now implemented as plugins.

If there are two members in an on-chain Semaphore group and one of the members is removed, the `getGroup` function from the `SemaphoreSubgraph` class returns the old value of the member instead of the new value that should be `0`.

The subgraph `getGroups` function returns wrong members 

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
This feature would increase the security of the HTTP Service by ensuring only authenticated users can make action on the HTTP API with mTLS by using certificats.
 This will ensure that only the authorized entities can communicate with the HTTP API and can make action such as executing the PSPs.  

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The solution would be to add this has a feature and enable this one by using a CLI flag like `--mTLS` for enabling the mTLS authentication. Maybe in the future, we can also add another authentification method like `--PGP`.  
This would not be a mandatory flag and will be able to be turn on/off with only a simple CLI flags.

As part of our [Q3 roadmap](https://github.com/ethereum/ethereum-org-website/issues/13399), this issue tracks the progress of the Shadcn/Tailwind migration.

Shadcn/Tailwind migration

Trace file dumps are sometimes not formatted/indented for easy viewing.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add option to specify if traces/error dumps should be formatted.
Maybe make it an option that can be changed while client is running without restarting.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Just always format them, but then that could cause dumps to be always much larger in size, with no option to change.

Be able to configure Trace Dump Formatting options

A feature would be to simulate all the PSPs and not only the last one with the last nonce.
This would be a nice improvement in case a future PSPs is broken (mostly because incorrect data inside the PSP) but this is still a good sanity to checks to ensure that all the PSPs are valid. 

The plan would be to: 
1. Fork the network using `NewSimulatedBackend`. 
2. Prefund the address that should be located into the `d.senderAddress`
3. Override the `d.operationSafe` with the nonces for each PSPs and simulate for each PSPs each time. 


**Additional context**
Currently, we are simulating using `eth_call` as this is sufficient but this is not covering all the PSPs but only the last one. 
This also require to trust correctly the node RPC because this send the calldata to the node.

**I want** to have CLI commands to deploy smart contracts (chaincode)
**So that** I can script or drive ad-hoc deployment of chaincode from the command-line

The existing Fabric [`peer lifecycle chaincode`](https://hyperledger-fabric.readthedocs.io/en/latest/commands/peerlifecycle.html) CLI commands are implemented within the Fabric core codebase, and include all of the Fabric peer runtime. These administrative capabilities should be separated from the Fabric core and instead implemented as light-weight CLI commands based on the fabric-admin-sdk.

A previous attempt to decouple the CLI commands from the Fabric core can be found at [github.com/hyperledger/fabric-cli](https://github.com/hyperledger/fabric-cli). This is based on the legacy Go SDK, which is no longer supported and also carries more baggage than necessary to implement only the required admin capability.

New CLI commands should expose the capability provided by the Go [chaincode package](https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/hyperledger/fabric-admin-sdk/pkg/chaincode):

CLI commands for chaincode deployment

In the original `corset` tool, reporting for failing vanishing constraints included a display showing the partial evaluation of the failing constraint.

We need a solution to handle network constants for various networks, e.g.
- `CHAINID`
- `BASEFEE`
- `BLOCK_GAS_LIMIT`
- (before decentralization) `COINBASE` address

as well as for contexts where some of these hard-coded constants make no sense (Ethereum test suite.)

Several solutions are conceivable:
- have several `<network-name>-config.lisp` files e.g. `mainnet-config.lisp`, `sepolia-config.lisp`, `reference-tests-config.lisp` and maybe adding build commands à la `make mainnet-zkevm.bin`
- using a single `ZKEVM_MODULES` list and adding an option to the `make zkevm.bin` command to include the correct config constants file and producing the associated `<network-name>-zkevm.bin` file
- not having such files in the project but generating them on the fly (there are only a few such files and they are short) when compiling the `zkevm.bin`

I'm attempting to limit gas usage in a private network, but Besu seems not to honor `gasLimit` from genesis config, and instead increases gas limit up to the value configured for sepolia (`0x1c9c380`). However, the [docs](https://besu.hyperledger.org/public-networks/reference/cli/options#target-gas-limit) for the `--target-gas-limit` command line option state that
> If a value for target-gas-limit is not specified, the block gas limit remains at the value specified in the [genesis file](https://besu.hyperledger.org/public-networks/reference/genesis-items#genesis-block-parameters).

I expect besu to keep `gasLimit` when no `--target-gas-limit` is set, but for some reason it does not work as expected.

## Issue summary

Forest wallet currently supports the creation of `bls` or `secp256k1` addresses.

It would be great to add `delegated` support to facilitate testing of the Ethereum RPC API.
